We at Absolute Volleyball Academy of Texas would like to offer you and your company the opportunity to become involved in our Volleyball Club Program. Our Club is committed to providing a competitive junior volleyball program for athletes, ages 4-18.  Staff, administration and support personnel within the AVA of Texas program will always strive to make the sport of volleyball and the act of athletic participation a teaching tool to develop personal growth and life skills.  A sponsorship with your company would provide great benefits to both you and Absolute Volleyball Academy of Texas. 

Our club currently has youth programs with ­­­over 500 athletes. Most of our athletes participate in the year round volleyball club with U12 to U18 teams.  Absolute Volleyball Academy of Texas currently has over 100,000 website visits a month and has a social media audience with thousands of followers on the social media platforms: facebook, twitter and instagram.

By teaming up with Absolute Volleyball Academy of Texas, we will provide you with an opportunity for increased brand awareness by advertising in our new facility, social media pages, website, video wall, and email blasts.  With your help, together we can team up to help your business with increased sales and future new clients and business and in turn you can help us with our future goals of expanding our opportunities in a new facility.  Your sponsorship will also provide athletes in need of financial assistance, an opportunity to achieve their goals in one of the fastest growing sports today.  Every one of our athletes over the past decade who wanted to play collegiate volleyball has been awarded the opportunity to play at the next level.  This has been a huge accomplishment for us at Absolute Volleyball Academy.  This accomplishment has provided many individuals the opportunity of an educational future that may not have been possible without club volleyball.

We are excited to announce the building of our new facility on Texas Highway 3 between FM 518 and League City Parkway (Highway 96).  Our new facility will be one of the largest volleyball complexes in the city of Houston.  We will have eight state of the art competition courts with some of the best flooring systems, equipment and training tools available to develop our athletes.

Our Sponsorship Packages are as follows:

LEGACY - $12,000

• This is a two-year sponsorship where we will name one of our dedicated 4 courts with your company name.We will prominently display an 8’ by 6’ banner on the court with your business logo and branding.When we transition into our new facility, you will be guaranteed a court dedicated to your business for the remaining sponsorship.
• In addition to the court dedication, we will advertise your branding on the scoreboards in the new facility.We will also add your logos to the net area of the sponsored court.
• We will incorporate your business name as sponsor a hosted facility tournament.
• Your logo link will appear on the AVA of Texas Home Page.
• Your logo link will appear on the sponsorship page of our website.

• Display and distribution of company provided coupons, handbills, or other literature to visitors at the new facility.
• You will receive a recognition plaque for display in your place of business.

• We will disburse a $150 credit towards club fees for the first year to a designated player.
• This contribution sponsors two athletes’ development clinics / camps scholarships

SELECT - $500

TEAM - $DONATION (Minimum $500)

• This is a one-year sponsorship.With your sponsorship, 80% of your donation will be provided to a designated team.The other 20% of your donation will be used to purchase new volleyball equipment for all players at the AVA training facility.
• We will advertise your business on our video wall.
• With a minimum $500 donation, you will receive a recognition plaque for display in your place of business.
• You will receive a dedicated space for our founders wall in our new facility.

INDIVIDUAL - $DONATION (Minimum $500)

• This is a one-year sponsorship.With your sponsorship, 80% of your donation will be provided to a designated individual.The other 20% of your donation will be used to purchase new volleyball equipment for all players at the AVA training facility.
• We will advertise your business on our video wall.
• With a minimum $500 donation, you will receive a recognition plaque for display in your place of business.
• You will receive a dedicated space on our founders wall in our new facility.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL DONATIONS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR A CHARITABLE TAX RECEIPT.

WHO ARE WE?

Absolute Volleyball Academy of Texas (AVA ot Texas) is a club organization dedicated to training athletes, fostering relationships, building character, encouraging self-improvement, and producing champions in not just volleyball, but life.

 

In our 12 year history, we have developed all ages and levels of athletes.  The sport of volleyball is one of the fastest growing sports in the country.  We are the largest volleyball organization on the south side of town.  In our short history, we have produced 5 national champions and have prepared countless players to achieve their goals in making, junior high, high school and collegiate programs.  We are proud to say that every senior who has made their journey through the AVA program, received scholarships and opportunities to play at the next level.  Many of our athletes have started this journey at a very young age in our AVA-tors program.

We are the home of FIVE National Champions:

• The 2009 USAV National Champions - 18 Performance team which captured Gold in the National Division in Miami, FL
• 2012 USAV National Champions - 14 Rox team which captured Gold in the National Division in Columbus, OH
• 2014 USAV National Champions - 16 Attack team which captured Gold in the USA Division in Minneapolis, MN
• The 2015 USAV National Champions – 18 Attack team which captured Gold in the American Division in New Orleans, LA
• The 2015 USAV National Champions – 18 Rox team which captured Gold in the Open Division in New Orelans, LA and brought home Houston's first AND only Open Championship

Absolute Volleyball Academy of Texas was co-founded in 2006 by Katy Garza and Jerry Linch.  The two had previously directed their own clubs and realized the potential of combining their efforts and creating a volleyball powerhouse.  The merging of the two clubs has been a success with multiple teams qualifying for the Junior National Championships and having countless high school seniors sign college scholarships.

Absolute Volleyball Academy of Texas continues to be nationally ranked as one of the top volleyball clubs in the country.

 

Sponsorship Terms and Conditions:

1. Approved sponsorships are for the period stated. Sponsorship funds must be received before a sponsor can be approved and begin advertising.
2. AVA reserves the right to approve sponsors that are appropriate for members and their families and deny sponsorship from a business for any reason.
3. Sponsor provided banners and other marketing materials must meet the approval of AVA in terms of content, placement, and size. This is to ensure that the content is appropriate and that the facility can accommodate the size and placement of materials.
4. If a sponsorship package is purchased after the print deadline or if artwork for the ad is not provided by the print deadline, the ad will not be included. 
5. Sponsors grant AVA the right to use their company or organization’s name and logo on additional items than what may be listed in the sponsorship packages such as T-shirts, printed club material, newsletters, website, etc.
6. Sponsorships are non-transferable.
7. AVA members receive a portion of the sponsorship revenue and they are credited after the sponsor funds are received.
8. Definition of “prominent location” inside the AVA facility, on the website and on uniforms/practice shirts is at the sole-discretion of AVA.
9. A sponsorship can be revoked without refund if the sponsor performs acts that are deemed detrimental to the reputation of AVA including but not limited to true or alleged illegal activities.
